Weir Bungalow is a cosy, one bedroomed property in the beautiful Brendon Valley situated in the quiet and tranquil village of Brendon, within the Exmoor National Park.
The bungalow is comfortably furnished with double glazing and oil fired central heating, providing warmth throughout the changing seasons. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker and washing machine.
To the rear there is a balcony overlooking the East Lyn River and to the front there is a small patio with lovely moorland views.
Weir Bungalow is surrounded by the the most beautiful walking, riding and fishing countryside and nearby are the pretty coastal towns of Lynmouth and Lynton (connected by the famous vernacular railway), with their variety of shops, pubs and restaurants.
On the doorstep are the Doone Valley and fantastic wild moors. Famous beauty spots such as Tarr Steps, Porlock Weir and Dunster Castle are just a short, scenic drive away. Watersmeet, a National Trust property, is a picturesque 4km (2.5 mile) riverside walk from the bungalow.
In the village there are the Staghunters Inn (just a short walk away) and the Rockford Inn, a mile or so further along, which both serve good food and ales.
